Biometric Palm Identity

Your palm is your ID

No card · No touch · No face scan

Enrol your palm once with your consent, then hover it over the reader without touching anything, and the system verifies you and records your entry or attendance.

  • Touchless You hover your palm a few centimetres above the reader
  • No palm images A digital template used only for matching
  • Optional With explicit consent, and always a non-biometric alternative
  • SDAIA Accredited AI service provider, «Adopter» level

How does KFTECH work?

Enrol once, then a hover of the palm every time.

  1. Enrol once

At reception and with your explicit consent: a few touchless captures of your palm, stored as a digital template, not an image.

  2. Hover your palm

Over the reader at the door, the reception desk or a self-service kiosk, without touching anything.

  3. Verified

The system matches two patterns of your palm together, then the door opens, attendance is confirmed or the right record appears.

  4. Every check is logged

Each verification adds a line to the log: who, where, when and the result, for the responsible party to review.

Why KFTECH?

The person is the credential, not their card or password.

  • No card to lend or forget

A palm cannot be lent or left at home, so the person enters, not their card.

  • Touchless

No one touches a shared surface, which suits places that care about hygiene and infection control.

  • Two patterns in one capture

The reader reads the palm's veins in infrared and its lines in visible light, and a check passes only when both patterns match.

  • A template, not an image

We do not store an image of the palm, only a digital template used for matching.

  • Log and admin panel

Who entered, where and when, in one log the facility's management follows from the admin panel.

  • No face scan

Verification is by palm, not face, so no one is asked to remove a mask or a niqab.

Honoured by SDAIA at the UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of AI

By the grace of God, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) honoured PalmPay Co. at the UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Riyadh.

Honoured for palm payment; KFTECH is the same company's identity line.

A milestone that reflects our commitment to biometric technology that respects privacy and serves people.

Privacy and security

Your palm proves that you are you, and nothing more. Privacy is built into how the system works.

No palm images

The capture becomes a digital template on the device; the image is neither stored nor sent to the server.

Explicit consent, permanent alternative

No enrolment without explicit, dated consent, and everyone has a non-biometric alternative with the same outcome.

Withdrawal and deletion

Anyone may withdraw consent and ask for their template to be deleted at any time, and it is erased from the matching system.

Two-pattern verification

A check passes only when the vein pattern and the palm-line pattern match together.

Template encryption

The system supports encrypting templates in storage, and we make it mandatory before any pilot.

A log for every check

Each verification adds a log line with the result, the device and the time, for the responsible party to review.

  • Touchless
  • No images
  • Designed for PDPL
  • SDAIA: Adopter

KFTECH is an identity product only: it holds no funds and makes no payments. Palm payment is a separate product from the same company at kfpay.sa.

We set up a pilot with you at one site or one department, and measure the impact together before any expansion.

No app needed: enrol at reception, verify at the reader.

Frequently asked questions

Is an image of my palm stored?

No. The capture of your palm becomes a digital template on the device, used only for matching; the image is neither stored nor sent to the server.

What if I am not recognised?

No door opens and nothing is recorded without a successful check. Hover your palm again following the on-screen guidance; if that fails, your facility's non-biometric alternative is always available.

Is enrolment mandatory? How do I delete my data?

Enrolment is optional and needs your explicit consent, with a non-biometric alternative that gives the same result. You can withdraw consent and ask for your template to be deleted at any time, through your facility or the "Delete my data" link at the bottom of this page.

Does it work with masks, niqabs and gloves?

You touch nothing: you hover your palm a few centimetres above the reader. Masks and niqabs make no difference because verification is by palm, not face. Gloves must come off, because the reader needs a bare palm.

Does it integrate with our systems?

The gym version opens the gate through a network relay and keeps the entry log in its panel. Links to your other systems, such as HR, the medical record or access control, are designed and built with you during the pilot.

How does a pilot start?

With an introductory session to define the need, then a pilot at one site or department with indicators agreed in writing, then a decision on expansion after the impact is measured.

Where is the data stored?

We are moving hosting to a data centre inside the Kingdom, and the move is not complete yet. Before any pilot we agree with you in writing on where the data is kept and for how long.
